His Take: So, it looks like comedic America has a problem. The director of The Joker movie recently said that he decided not to make comedies anymore because of today’s “woke” culture. Now, I sorta disagree with that, but I know my lovely and talented co-blogger really disagrees with it, so I’m gonna tell you about something that’s been bothering me for a while.  First, because unfortunately I have to, I’d like to inform you that I’m N……..no. You know what? Fuck it. Put your big kid pants on. So, this super hip “woke” culture is defined as “alert to injustice in society, especially racism.”. I wouldn’t describe being “woke” that way, I would define being “woke” as “a license to bitch and be outraged”, because that’s what it has become. Maybe in the beginning it was being aware that sadly, racism exists in today’s culture. But somewhere along the way, it took a left at Albuquerque. Her Take: When you’re done reading this you’ll feel one of two ways, either totally relieved that I said what I’m about to say because it’s how you’re feeling too, or angry because you think you’ve just been lied to.  What you’re about to read has been forming, atom by atom, since November 8th, 2016. I’ve tried, and failed, to pull together thoughts, opinions, and beliefs and express them in a way that isn’t like taking a Louisville Slugger to a hornet’s nest.  Maybe that’s just me. His Take: First, I can’t thank my co-blogger enough for letting me goof-off this week and write once again about my favorite sport (yeah, it’s a sport. We can discuss this outside if you like) Professional Wrestling!! I only try to voice my opinion on wrestling because the IWC is so large and overflowing that I’m willing to put money down that there’s more internet space devoted to it than football and basketball combined. But, if there’s a chance I can turn someone else on to something that I enjoy so much, I’m gonna take it. At 7pm this past Monday night, the biggest week in professional wrestling history.
